Store Feature Overview
Spindustry has a store template as mentioned – and can also create custom solutions. This store template can live alone or it can be surrounded by additional basic web pages containing content such as FAQ, About Us, Links, Contact Us, and News. The store and/or the surrounding web pages can be completely customized as needed. Below we will describe the base functionality that can be easily configured, branded, and launched in a short amount of time:

- Site visitors are allowed to create profiles that store past order history and allows the user to track information on current orders, save items to a Wish List, and save the entire cart for later purchase

- Email confirmation will follow orders

- Email Marketing – We recommend collecting email addresses from site visitors as well as allowing buyers to join the mailing list during the cart checkout process. - Custom Web Traffic Reports – The store/site will come with a large array of reports from Web Trends. There is additional insight that can be gained by customizing tracking codes in the site to answer specific questions. While we build every site using “best practices” in this area, there is always more that can be done.
